Welcome to Rose Holistic Therapies. By booking a massage with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Policy
1.1 Appointments: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
1.2 Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is confirmed and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of the full payment.
2.2 Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any penalty. You can rearrange your appointment from your initial email confirmation or contact us direct.
3. Late Arrivals
3.1 Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to have any necessary further consultation and to ensure the full duration of your massage.
3.2 Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Timing: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking the appointment unless otherwise arranged.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Health Conditions: Clients must inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the refusal of service. It is also the clients responsibility to keep us up to date with any change in medical conditions, details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments they are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.
While Angela Rose Holistic Therapies offers a range of treatments, these should not be seen as a replacement for professional medical advice or therapy. We do not provide diagnoses, prescribe medications, or conduct medical treatments unless certified to do so, and we will always suggest consulting a GP or a qualified medical professional for such matters.
5.2 Under 18’s: Clients who are under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present. The parent or guardian must consent to the treatment and remain in the room throughout its duration.
6. Freelance Staff
6.1 Freelance Therapists: Our therapists are independent freelancers, not employees of Rose Holistic Therapies. They are responsible for their own insurance, qualifications, and professional conduct.
6.2 Insurance: All therapists hold their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Clients are encouraged to inquire about the therapist’s insurance if they have any concerns.
7. Conduct
7.1 Professional Conduct: Our therapists are licensed professionals who provide therapeutic services. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will apply.
Angela Rose Holistic Therapies reserves the right to deny treatment to any client who exhibits physical or verbal abuse, or inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behaviour. Such conduct may lead to a permanent ban from our services and could result in legal action.
8. Gift Certificates and Vouchers
8.1 Redemption: Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable
8.2 Expiration: Gift certificates and vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase, they cannot be extended or be redeemed for cash.
9. Liability
9.1 Limitation of Liability: Rose Holistic Therapies Ltd is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions sustained during or after the treatment, provided that all relevant health information has been disclosed by the client.
Freelancer Liability: As independent contractors, the therapists are personally responsible for any claims arising from the services they provide.
9.2 Loss or damage: Angela Rose Holistic Therapies is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles in the car park during your visit.
10. Privacy
10.1 Data Collection: We collect and store personal information provided by clients in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2 Use of Data: Your personal information will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 Amendments: Rose Holistic Therapies Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
