Are there any health conditions I should inform my therapist about?

Is parking available at your studio?

Indeed, our studio offers limited on-site parking, and additional street parking is available nearby. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by not obstructing any driveways and ensuring there is ample space for passing traffic.

How do I book an appointment?

We encourage appointments to be booked via our website in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available. You can do this in the ‘Book a Treatment’ section.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of the full treatment amount. Please check our policy for more details when booking.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers, which can be purchased in-studio or online. They make excellent gifts for any occasion! Online vouchers can we ordered through the ‘Book a treatment’ section.

Do you offer discounted packages or memberships?

Can you provide invoices for insurance claims?

Yes, we can provide detailed invoices for treatments, which may be used for reimbursement under certain private health insurance plans. It’s important to verify with your insurance provider if the therapy is included in your plan and whether the therapist possesses the required qualifications and professional membership.
